Lighting Designer
This position offers candidates the opportunity to work as a part of our creative design team in a dynamic, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and resourceful lighting designer who enjoys working on a wide range of projects — from architectural lighting to immersive environments — and is excited to bring thoughtful, artistic, and technically sound lighting concepts to life. Job duties and responsibilities include:
Develop lighting design concepts and produce full documentation including plans, specifications, and visualizations
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and clients to integrate lighting solutions with project goals
Perform photometric calculations and ensure code and energy compliance across all designs
Research lighting technologies, fixtures, and control systems to support innovative design solutions
Attend site visits and assist with aiming, programming, and final commissioning as required
Prepare and participate in client presentations and design reviews
Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, AGi32, DIALux EVO, Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of lighting controls, sustainability principles, and energy codes (e.g., Title 24, LEED)
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
2–5 years of professional experience in lighting design or a related field
Bachelor’s degree in Lighting Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline
Project Manager – Lighting
We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Project Manager to lead lighting projects from initial concept through to final installation. This role requires a proactive and collaborative leader who can effectively manage timelines, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the design vision is successfully realized on site. The Project Manager will play a key role in bridging the gap between design and implementation, maintaining oversight through every phase of the project. Key responsibilities include:
Manage lighting design projects from early development through installation
Coordinate with clients, consultants, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain communication with electricians during installation to ensure proper implementation of the design
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure deliverables are met
Conduct site visits to oversee installation and resolve on-site issues as needed
Participate in internal and external project meetings and prepare project documentation
Proven experience in managing lighting or architectural projects
Coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Budget and schedule tracking
Knowledge of electrical systems and construction process
Ability to lead coordination with field teams, especially electricians, during installation
Proficiency in project management tools
